About the Show
It’s 3 hours of “feel good” music every weekday morning from 7am to 10am here on this station. The show includes music from the golden era of the 60s through to the 00s. Its packed with music facts and info, and some great features throughout, such as “80s at 8” 30mins of 80s classics from 8 till 8.30. “The Workout Track”, something lively to workout each morning. “The 5 at 9”, 5 tracks in a row just after 9am, leaving you to try and guess the years to win your own “virtual gold star award” “The Midway Extended Play”, a daily classic 12’inch extended mix “Born today in music history”, “Featured Classic Album”, we pick a classic album each week, and play a track a day at 9.30, and if all that wasn’t enough to quench your thirst for good music and great radio, there’s “The Theme tune Finish” at the end of every show, jogging memories of sometimes long forgotten TV shows you absolutely would not miss back in the day.
